The Worst Situation Today HMT Ltd. Company Employees are Facing... !!!!

HMT (Hindustan Machine Tools) – A state owned manufacturing company famous for its industrial machines and tools with 2,806 set up units within the country. There was a time when this company reaches its limits above the sky with their dedication in work and efficient productivity.

 Situation Inside the Company

The manufacturing plant in Pinjore, Haryana state now a days suffering from a huge tension. Their employees are in great condition of stress due to problems in their wages. Their wages are not revised from the past 16 months due to a debacle in the production of the company.
As a family member of one the HMT employee, this is the question to the Government of India when you look into the case seriously? Is the problem remains still until the unit is not coming to the stage of final end up? Schemes are launching day by day, but when will be the day come to help the people who don't have nothing to fed up their family. The family whose all in all is the employee of the company and he has to perform distinct tasks i.e., education to his children which includes higher level courses that his children are studying, accomplishment of day to day household items that he has to purchase, a man who has daughters to marry, a man whose belongings are only dependent on him and many other things which has he to focus.

How the Time Changed the Life of the Workers of HMT?

The popularly known, profit making company suddenly falls into the drastic situation due to corrupt Senior company officers. But, who is facing, a common man obviously. There was a time when the employees have everything to fulfill the requirement of its forebears but now they are impotent.

Even, it is seen in the last few months that some employees are even died and some are suffering from fatal diseases due to this stressful condition. Their temporary FD funds are going to terminus. The members of the worker's family said that “we need salary at this time to meet our basic requirements, what to do afterwards. If we are in hunger and need of food today, what to do if we are died”.

What Government Try to do This Time?

At least some amount should be given to the families to accommodate their urgencies. The buses of the company, their charges should be reduced so that both their children and the employee get some relief. It is requested to the Government of India to look into the matter as soon as possible. As a common people, think about their feeling and the need of time. Hope, our Indian government will understand and made solutions in the meantime.

The quantum of garbage created has gone up and much littler urban communities are delivering more trash than some time recently. A rag picker is neither a thief nor a beggar but treated badly our Indian society as the low standard people.  Despite performing social service at great risk to their health, for bringing a piece of bread to...

How Indians are Forgetting their Moral Values for Old Aging People?

Aging is a natural phenomenon which changes the life span as well the whole structure of the body. Step by step the phases of life complete and it becomes more difficult for the old agers to live as they have to depend on their other family members. They spend their life as the growing baby who want to stand on their own feet but he still need a hand to help. In this age, both physical and mental strength diminishes. In India, it is analyzed that with the growing trends and technology, couples want to live alone and don't even want their parents to stay with them. Either have to go to old age homes or the parents in laws who are already staying with their children are forced to do all the home chores. Children don’t even bother about their moral duties to their parents. At this stage, they need a support but they are treated as the extra persons, this is the reason that not a lot of money is wasted on them and if they want to spend time with their children it is like wast...

“The Value of Pain and Suffering”
